As a result of changes to the National Cervical Screening Programme (NCSP) contract, Southern Community Laboratories Hawke’s Bay will cease to provide this service as of 25 July 2023. Testing underway will be completed and reported as usual, and historical results will remain available to referrers.

The new provider for the laboratory testing of cervical cytology and HPV testing in the region will be Pathlab.
