ESR testing availability
Our ESR machine is currently out-of-action & requires a replacement part for repair. The ability of our Wellington laboratory to perform urgent ESR testing is limited, therefore if temporal arteritis / giant cell arteritis is specified in clinical details we will continue to run these urgently.
If you believe your request is urgent, please contact the Haematology laboratory on (04) 245 0221 to arrange testing and it will be batched once daily. Thank you for your understanding. We are expectant that we will be able to recommence ESR testing mid-next week.
Waitangi day
All collection centres will be closed to observe Waitangi Day on Tuesday 6th February. Normal operating hours resume on Wednesday. Please refer to our website for collection centre hours
