How are my results sent to me?
Emailed test results are sent as a password-protected PDF document.
What do I need to do?
You will need a PDF reader to open the PDF document. There are free versions of this software available, and the table below shows how to get this software for your device.

How to open emailed results
Open the PDF attachment using your PDF software, and enter your unique password when prompted. Your password should be
printed on the back of the emailed results card you are given at the time of collection.
If the attachment doesn’t open directly from your email software, download the attachment to your device, and open the attachment from there.
