All other fax lines will be disconnected. Please update your details.

For those referrers who still use fax to send information to the lab, please consider using an alternative electronic method; faxing to the above number will be phased out over the coming year. 

Please note: this change does NOT affect Awanui Labs faxing laboratory test results to those referrers who have not yet changed to an alternative method
