The supplier of the Chlamydia multi-test “yellow” urine kits has extended the expiry dates for these products. The products are also known as Aptima Urine Specimen Transport Tubes and Aptima Urine Specimen Collection kits.

• We are asking all referrers to check this list of lot numbers against your current stock and update the expiry dates accordingly.
• Do not send back expired stock until you have checked if the date has been extended.
• We will check all stock on hand and all stock that is returned to us. We will be sending out stock with the original expiry date so long as the new expiry date is current.

Please note – This only applies to the urine kits NOT the orange labelled Aptima swabs.
