Awanui Labs collection centres are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times due to the impact of industrial action on our sites this week.

 All of our collection centres in the region are now open and operating on normal hour. However, we are experiencing a significant increase in patient visiting the centres, and a very high demand for our staff and services.   Our Patient Services staff are working to ensure patients have their blood collected, and reduce wait times, as quickly as possible.
