Travel
Our laboratory can provide all testing required for overseas travel. Your GP will recommend what testing is needed and where applicable, if test charges are included as part of the GP consultation or payment is made directly at the collection centre.
Immigration
Our laboratory can provide all immigration testing as required by the Department of Internal Affairs. Visit one of our Collection Centres for your immigration or visa requirements.
Please come with:
1) A NZ Immigration Laboratory Referral Form authorised by a NZ medical practitioner with the required lab tests marked in the corresponding boxes;
2) a current valid passport (a photocopy will only be accepted if verified by a Justice of the Peace (JP)), a New Zealand driver’s licence, or any photo ID issued by the New Zealand Government;
3) Payment for testing (credit/Eftpos/Prezzy cards accepted; cash is not accepted).
