If you are new to requesting labs with Awanui, or if you are going to be working from a new location, please complete the New Referrer code form.
- Referrers need a new code for each location they work from. Without a code the result cannot go to the correct facility.
- Once submitted one of our staff will confirm set up.
For staff that need access to eOrders but will not request tests under their own name, please submit a form and use the Access to eOrders only option.
